There are many topics posted for UA on this baord. Many deal with the perceived decline in service and attitude of UA from management on down. Passengers complain about lack of service, rude employees, reducing amenities. Of all the airlines spoken about here it seems that UA has the most conversation and often it is not complimentary.
Do those of you who are employee/owners at UA agree or disagree with the complaints. Is service poor, is attitude rude, has UA declined?
As a 1 K flyer I will say that I have met some wonderful employee/owners. However I do feel service, amenities, attitude has declined greatly at UA. I only still fly them because the company says so. I have experienced an increase in terrible service.
What do you say? Are the passengers correct or just complaining?
