Report today that US received several awards for customer service and rightfully so. They do a good job at it.
I wonder if UA has the worst customer service? I am 1 K and they treat us terrible. I can not imagine how they treat the casual flyer.
Had a res supervisor on the phone today who basically told me my travel agent and I do not know how to book a res. Eventually he found the necssary line in my res and saw it was NOT our mistake. Still argued about our incompetency. UA is terrible.
Congratulations US! Sorry you can not teach UA a corporate mentality now that the buy out is dead. UA would have benefited!
