Websites with old airplane seat maps?...
By old, I mean no longer operated by the airline in question. For example, I want to find out what the seat pitch and width were on United's old 737-500s and DC-10s. I know for sure that seatguru.com doesn't have that information. I'm looking for a website(s) that does.

Departed Flights is a good resource although I'm not sure if you will find width or pitch information on every airline.

I briefly published a book many years ago called the Airline Seating Guide. I should scan it and make it available. I'll have to see what year that was.

I have a 1988 UA Aircraft Seating Guide. Unfortunately it doesn't have the 737-500, but it does have 2 DC-10 versions (almost the same)::

Seat width F class...20.5"
Seat width Y class...17"
Seat pitch F class...38"
Seat pitch Y class...33-34"
DC-10-30
