Much nicer on the Emirates A380 with state of the art IFE.

Oh! Why did I think that ALL of the B772's had the old seats and entertainment? So, how many/which B772's have the new style? Does it match the A380's, B787's and selected B747's exactly?

GE engined aircraft don't have crew rest areas fitted so are usually used on shorter routes (i.e. Dubai).
RR engined aircraft have crew rest areas so are generally kept to the longest sectors.

Wow, thanks for that! Very detailed. Seems all over the place but I know this is obviously due to varying factors. So by the end of next year, all BA B777's will be refitted - pretty awesome!

Only so I can use/get my Avios....although given I've just found out it IS the old aircraft, I might miss this one out and go EK

If logging a 777 isn't specifically part of the plan, how about QF?
