Just 2 for me, both 2006 in a return trip to new York from Heathrow with virgin. Great memories but I can’t say I’ll be too bothered if I don’t get to fly on one again.

Just 5 flights over 2 trips for me:

3x Lufthansa 747-400 in 2010, SFO-FRA-BLR and BLR-FRA. It would have been 4 but I missed my connection on the way back and got rebooked on a United 777.
2x Qantas 747-400 in 2012, LAX-SYD and SYD-LAX. Possibly the ER version but I'm not sure. At the time I was disappointed because both flights were scheduled to be A380s when I booked and were switched to the 747 later, but now I'm glad I was able to have another opportunity to fly on the 747.

If I could remember back in 2003, I had two flights on a China Airlines B747-400: LAX-TPE and TPE-LAX.

Multiple 742s and 743s with Air Atlanta Icelandic, while I've only got the 744 with BA.
Nothing compares to taking off in an empty 757 with full thrust!

Not the longest list for me but I'm still glad for each and every flight:

Sep-2014 QF008 BNE-SYD B747-438ER VH-OEJ
May-2016 QF127 SYD-HKG B747-438ER VH-OEI
Dec-2017 LH193 TXL-FRA B747-430   D-ABVR

There is also the chance that I flew at least one, maybe two, Ansett 743s trans-Tasman in 1996, but I haven't been able to sufficiently confirm the detail.

1x UA B742 - NRT-PEK
3x BA B744 - 1 IAD-LHR R/T and a single LHR-JFK

My list is as short as it can be, never flown the 747. I have been in a KLM 747-400 (PH-BFC, City of Calgary) on a tour while it was on the ground for maintenance, but that's it. Now that the 747 is slowly disappearing my chances of ever flying one are becoming smaller, but I can't say I'm bothered about that. There'll be plenty of other exciting aircraft.

First one for me was CO ORD/LAX in 1973 - I believe it was a -100
Many, many more after that, in no particular order:
2x ORD/HNL/ORD on UA in the late 80's (-200's I think)
multiple trips ORD/SEA/ORD on UA in the 80's
SFO/HNL UA on a -200
ORD/SFO on a UA -400
NW SEA/MSP -200

No idea anymore. Love the Queen (ranks behind the TriStar) but lots of flights. BA, LH, SV, and believe it or not, one PA in 1990. Didn't realize that would be my first and last PA 747. Good times. Last one was a BA doing SEA-LHR in 2001. First, at a guess, would probably be an SV doing LHR-JED or RUH, but I was very young and don't remember all the details.
L101, 733/4/5/8, 741/2/3 (never managed 744!), MD 80/2/3/8/90, MD11, DHC8/3/Q4, E170, E195, 757, 77W, 763/4, Travel Air 2000. A300/310, A319/320/321, A333, ATR-72, probably a few others I forget. Passenger, not pilot, alas! BUD based.

Only done one trip on a 747 - AMS - BKK on a KLM 747-400M in 2004 and I wasn't impressed with those flights so haven't flown with KLM or on a 747 since... From a passenger point of view I much prefer flying on an A380.

My first was a Kabo Air 747-400 5N-MDK which unexpectedly subbed my Biman Bangladesh DC-10 flight AUH-DAC in 2013.

My five other 744 flights were on:
BA LHR-BOS and JNB-LHR in 2014/2015
CI TPE-HKG in 2016
QF LAX-JFK in 2017
DL NRT-DTW in 2017

I also flew on Air China's 747-8i from SHA-PEK in 2015 and Iran Air's 747SP from KUL-IKA also in 2015.

My first trans-Atlantic flight was on a 747 in 1978. My most recent was on a flight to LHR earlier this year, both flight on BA. I was thinking this may be my last flight on the queen of the skies, the venerable 747.

BA 747-100 JFK-LHR
PA 747SP JFK-GIG (Just after the DC10's were grounded. Originally planning to fly RG, but was DC10 so it cancelled due to grounding.)
PA 747-100 JFK-FCO
PA 747-100 FCO-JFK
NW 747-100 SEA-NRT-HKG
NW 747-100 HKG-NRT-SEA
NW 747-100 MSP-LAX
NW 747-100 ORD-JFK
NW 747-100 JFK-IAD-ORD
TW 747-100 JFK-LHR Multiple times
TW 747-100 LHR-JFK Multiple times
TW 747-100 JFK-MAD Multiple times
TW 747-199 MAD-JFK Multiple times
TW 747-100 LHR-ORD
TW 747-100 LHR-LAX
TW 747-100 LAX-LHR
TW 747-100 JFK-LAX
BA 747-100 LHR-MIA
BA 747-100 MIA-LHR
UA 747-400 LAX-AKL-MEL Twice
UA 747-400 MEL-AKL-LAX Twice
QF 747-400ER SFO-SYD
QF 747-400 SYD-MEL
QF 747-400ER MEL-LAX
QF 747-400ER LAX-MEL
QF 747-400ER SYD-LAX
QF 747-400ER DFW-BNE Longest flight on a 747 - 400ER nearly 15 hours which was quicker than usual due to favorable winds
BA 747-400 LHR-MIA First flight to land in MIA after hurricane Irma
BA 747-400 MIA-LHR Earlier this year. Still a great plane.

If someone wants the complete list of the flights, I can do it but will take a bit of time

747-100B/SR/SUD OX 1
747-200B GA, OX 6
747-300 OX 2
747-400 SQ, LH, MH, TG, UA, BA, CX, BR, CI, PR, CA, OZ, KE, DL,AI 72
747-400M KL, BR 7
747-400D NH 1
747-800i CA 1

Never got the chance to fly the pure -100 and the SP.

Always hoped I can reach 100 segment, but that's getting a bit difficult. Still have 2 planed with OZ in february

1984 Toronto to Vancouver return on CP Air "Empress of Canada" (747-200 I think)
1991 Heathrow to Johannesburg return on an SAA 744, if memory serves the Southbound flight was still on the sanctions busting route flying to the West of the African continent most of the way, but the return flight some months later overflew Africa.
1993 Vancouver to Hong Kong (Kai Tak) return on a Cathay Pacific 744.
1995 Vancouver to Heathrow on an Air Canada 744 (upper deck economy)
2011 Auckland to Vancouver on an Air New Zealand 744 "City of Dunedin", (upper deck PY) I think this was in the last few months of NZ operating the 744 on this route. I suspect this will be my last 747 flight the way things are going.

I didn't record any flights prior to 2014 so I have no way of knowing for certain but I can clearly remember doing SYD-BKK-LHR & return on the Qantas 747. Also considering the amount of times I flew SYD-PER & SYD-SIN/BKK-LHR in the 2000s I think it's very likely i'v flown on quite a few, not much variety in terms of airlines however, all where certainly Qantas.

Yesterday I managed to book a PER-SYD & return on the QF 747, which will very likely be the last time I will ever fly on anything newer than the -800 series.

Having been on a couple hundreds short of a thousand flights over the past 4 decades, I can't recall all the times I was on the Queen of the Skies. Probably only about a total of approximately 2 dozen takeoffs & landings but I remember most vividly the first two; in mid 1979. Both were SQ's 742 non-rev & non-scheduled, being positional charter flights from SIN to TPE and and back 3 weeks later from KHH in Taiwan.

Others that come to mind for now were the 6 flights on CI's 744s; SIN-HKG-TPE, TPE-JFK, JFK-TPE & TPE-HKG-SIN in Oct/Nov 1993. The first and last sectors sectors transited in Kai Tak, and there was some drama in the middle of that last sector after it landed on the morning of Nov 5, the next morning after CI605 had ditched into the sea in the first hull loss of the 744.
The sight of the CI top fuselage & tailplane sticking out of the waters caused uproars and some screaming from quite a few panicky passengers, with the FAs busy assuring that our plane was safe and not to worry about that unfortunate unrelated accident though both were the same type of jetliner and belong to the same airline. Still, a small number insisted on continuing their journey on another airline. One of those 744s, as I found out later, eventually became a Dreamlifter.

Another flight I can recall a little was on JL (not sure whether its a -200,-300 or -400) from Narita to LA in the later 1990s. I was actually on a UA 777 but that bird encountered some tech problems as we were taxiing and had to return to the Narita terminal. After a few hours, with the issue not solved, we were deboarded and I was then put on the 747 of JL.

Not too long after that, two on Lufthansa; SIN-FRA-SIN.

Also, two CX 744s in the early 2000s; SIN-BKK-SIN., with the return leg being upgraded to business class as the flight was fully booked and I was one of the last few to check in.

Plus two of KLM's 744M; SIN-JKT-SIN around the 2000s.

The remainder are deposited in the deep recesses of my atrophying mind; probably on PR, PK, TG, and maybe 1 or 2 more carriers in the 1990s.

Edit to add: ah, 2 more; QF744 SIN-MEL-SIN in the later 1990s.
