Take Volotea as a similar example. It seemed a crazy idea but who would have said that they’re performing quite well!

I know, but I bet the people behind Volotea didn't ask "what plane should I use" on airliners.net .

There is no airline with hub in gothenburg, hence domi use it for my example. The airline would have focused on commuter routes in the morning and during the day, and some leasure destinations on the evening. What aircraft would be the best to operate given the circumstances.
Either of theese:
E-jets, A220, A320(Neo aswell), 737, Crj.
The 737 and the A320 may be too large to fill, and as the airline would be new, they would benefit from having more aircrafts rather than a few large ones.
