Quite an intriguing report by CAPA! I never knew IndiGo is as large as lion air and AirAsia combined. IndiGo has lot of short hops it seems.

Indigo is far bigger than even I imagined. Indigo also sweats its planes 15-16 hours in the air in a day, sometimes even more. Imagine the numbers if 1/3rd of its fleet didn't have engine problems as it currently faces.

So IndiGo is the largest LCC in Asia by seat capacity. Never knew that. I knew they dominate India, but Asia is news to me and woww. Awesome!

Its probably annual total number of seats.
I am not sure though. Could be ASM too. Definitely not departures. IndiGo has around 1400 daily departures

I am not sure what this chart lists as capacity, but the correct capacity measure is ASKM and with 75 billion ASKM this year IndiGo is by far the largest Asian LCC and only behind RyanAir, Southwest and EasyJet in worldwide LCC capacity. IndiGo will overtake EasyJet in 2021.

Is Jetstar combined for all franchises?

The fact it lists "Jetstar Airways" would suggest just the Australian (and New Zealand) operation, but I'm surprised that Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Pacific don't make the top 20 so maybe they have combined the numbers into one?

This lists seems to consider only individual airlines and not franchises.
