AA frequent flier Question

Thu Feb 07, 2019 5:39 pm

I’ve been almost exclusively flying United but the last two years have made lowest status on AA. I get a sheet of business size cards that seem like I’m supposed to give them to flight crew members. What are these things? How do they work? Seems like a cross between Monopoly money and raffle tickets.

They are a way for customers to recognize employees who provide great customer service. So if a flight attendant or a ticket agent or a gate agent or someone goes above and beyond for you or just is extra friendly, you can give them one of these certificates and they 1) get a positive note in their HR file and 2) are probably entered into some sort of drawing for cash or prizes.

Thanks. They seem to be optimistic in how many they give you.
