Having watched a few reviews of BA's new A350-1000 Club World product on YouTube, I'd be interested to get others' opinions on how much of a step up this really is - especially from anyone who has flown it.
I have always felt more positively about the current Club World hard product than many people on this forum: I like that you don't have to squash your feed into a cramped footwell, the seat cushioning is a lot more comfortable than some other seats, and although storage is pretty bad most of the time, it is at least excellent on the upstairs A/K seats on the 744, which I think is the best way to cross the Atlantic in J.
On video the new seats appear to squash both your head and legs when fully reclined, and with the suite doors the whole thing looks very claustrophobic.
My question: is reverse herringbone really a step up from the old configuration if you are still trying to maximise density?
