AAdvantage Miles Travel - Bizzare

Tue Jan 14, 2020 5:59 pm

I was just looking into traveling from South Florida to SFO in March using AA miles and the lowest mile requirements are for nonstops and one stops with a quick connection but some of the highest mileage requirements are for flights that offer very long layovers/connections. I know this is the web we are talking about but it seems strange that there is such a discrepancy in mileage rewards.

Not the most critical issue but I thought I would post about it anyway.
