Bunch of unserved routes seem to come from BDL, SAN, LAS
I just looked up the faremeasure.com numbers for IND and IND-PDX is at 169 daily passengers and there is no service. RDU-SAN is listed at 207. I'm surprised that IND-SAN is 290 daily and all IND gets is limited seasonal service.

I don’t think Faremeasure has been updated in about ten or so years. It’s a dead website. It still has traffic figures from when AirTran existed.
