I'd think Flying Tiger Line would be subsumed into Atlas Air, just like how its spiritual successor Polar Air Cargo was subsumed into Atlas Air.

There would still exist that wonderful Flying Tigers restaurant at the San Francisco Wharf. It was my dad's favorite restaurant.

It was located in the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory complex. There was an addition with big bay windows. It later became a Mexican and then a clown themed restaurant.

Don't believe it had any formal association with FTL.

I remember when FX first bought them out they removed the Flying Tigers titles from the fuselage on the 747's as best they could and stuck a little Federal Express decal on the upper deck behind the windows. Couldn't have been more that about 3 feet x 2 feet and it looked really silly, I have a photo on film but haven't got a scanner so can't post it.
When I saw the first one painted in the old Fed Ex purple livery it was quite the sight to behold
