Current Employee/Union Relations of Merged Airlines

I would be very interested to hear the status of employee and union relations within the airlines that recently went through mergers and acquisitions. Most recent and notable are Delta/Northwest, United/Continental, Southwest/AirTran, American/US, and Alaska/Virgin America. I know it takes a while to integrate all the employees from two companies, and it made scheduling issues with pilots and flight attendants as they could not fly on planes previously operated by the other airline. I remember United and Continental went through a lot of trouble with this.

Are all these matters resolved, or close to being such? And are the airlines allowing pilots and flight attendants to fly on all airplanes now or are they still separated?

Any input is appreciated!

I don't understand why this was moved to travel, polls, and preferences... It is about the current operations of civil airlines. Can it be moved back to civil aviation? If not, then just delete this.
