Flights to St Nazaire, France

Thu May 21, 2020 3:17 pm

I'm aware that with an Airbus factory next door, the flights to/from Toulouse with Air Corsica are essentially corporate shuttles
Is there however a way for a person who has no link to Airbus, to buy a ticket and get a seat on one of these flights ?

Doubt it - they park outside the ATR offices at Toulouse rather than on the terminal.

I couldn't find any Air Corsica flights from St. Nazaire to Toulouse, only Air France operated by HOP. They're listed as charters, meaning that they're operated on behalf of a third party. That third party would be Airbus. They control who goes on these flights as they pay for them. And as you might expect, they don't sell tickets.

Of course St. Nazaire is only a short distance from Nantes, and from there both Air France, EasyJet and Volotea fly to Toulouse.

You're completely missing out on the a.net mindset here.... The primary reason for flying from my home airport to Nantes and then taking a train to St Nazaire would be to GET ON A FLIGHT FROM ST NAZAIRE TO ANYWHERE. The fact that it would be far cheaper, faster and simpler to just travel from St Nazaire to Nantes before flying home is completely irrelevant ! Well maybe I might also spend a day in St Nazaire as a tourist, but you get the point.... :ugeek:
