There's a huge amount of information available on The BA Source as already mentioned.
To summarise, only two BA 744s have flown in the past month.
BA has been using 744s for some repatriation flights intermittently since March. No 744s are used on regular scheduled flights at the moment, and only G-CIVO has been used for repatriation flights in the past month, (7 round trips in all). Last week G-CIVP moved from storage at BOH to LHR as a ferry flight. That's it for the whole of May.

G-CIVP (BA59) is about to land at Cape Town (9:10am local time).

So far i'm informed is that all 747 will be leaving the fleet and all A380 will be mothballed.

I doubt that, we are already seeing the airline industry starting to pick up stateside. The 747 is the backbone of BA's US operations, id argue even more than the 777-200. Also worth considering, these 747s are all paid off, and with the price of oil at the moment, you can easily command a cheap ticket price which we have seen Americans pick up across the states, especially with attractive cancellation policies.

It's from a internal mailing to the flight crews.
But i hope that it is not accurate or to hasty stated.

I wouldn’t be surprised. The airline is downsizing the 77Ws are being reconfigured to take on 747 routes, the 787-10 and 350s are also coming in too
