Work culture opinions in obscure and ceased airlines

G'day, all. I'm currently doing a self-study, particularly on how work culture and employee engagement are directly correlated to the success/longevity of an airline. I've tried searching high and low for information from past/present employees of these airlines, to no avail.

México´s TAESA was plagued with an almost total disdain to safety. I am surprised it didn´t kill more people than it actually did.
Mexicana was plagued with ground personel union corruption.
Working at Interjet was a challenge for anyone as it subjected its employees with excesive supervision.
Aerolineas Internacionales was also plagued with total disdain to safety.
