IATA codes that are the same FAA LID code of another airport?

For example:
Hilton Head Island aiport:
FAA LID: HXD
That's the IATA code for an airport in China
Ceiba, Puerto Rico
FAA LID: RVR
That's the IATA code of Green River in Utah
Is it possible to get a list of all airports where this is the case?
The background is that this produces bugs on kiwi.com:
https://www.kiwi.com/ee/search/results/ ... /no-returnThis flight is not from Green River, but from Ceiba.

I don't think such a list exists. FAA/ICAO functions use FAA/ICAO, IATA functions use IATA codes. Except for Allegiant: you look for flight availability from Phoenix/Mesa, AZ (AZA). Once you select your city pair and date, on the next screen at the top of the page, it says IWA to [XXX] Round Trip.
Anyway, the list would be extensive.

For the HND airport kiwi.com shows it correctly.
Wiki says "Most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA"
It should be possible to do all IATA and FAA LID codes into an excel sheet and use the VLOOKUP() function.
Is there a way to get a list of all airports with the corresponding IATA and FAA LID code?

I made such a comparison a while back but I don't think I saved the file anywhere. I used the airports.csv file as my source from the following link as my source:
https://ourairports.com/data/It has local/FAA codes in column O and IATA codes is column N. I don't think it is perfect or totally complete, but it was the best I could find at the time.

CMA in the US is the extremely busy Camarillo Airport, which serves GA only. The IATA code CMA is the much smaller aerodrome in Cunnamulla, AU.
CRQ is the FAA LID for McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, CA - CLD in the IATA world. CRQ is the IATA for Caravelas, Brazil.
