Are there airports with a baggage check-in inside the baggage pickup hall?
And with a possibility to stay inside the security area after the baggage pickup for going to the next separately booked flight.

You'd have to be screened by security after any contact with checked baggage since you could have all kinds of things in there that are not permitted Airside.
There are airports with services that will find your baggage at the carousel and retag it for the next separately booked flight so you won't need to pass customs and immigration, however.
