In some sort of airline date order - the first airline (Dan Air) goes back to 1982 - whilst bmiBaby, the last addition, would've been 2007.
Ryanair is the most used airline - whilst not the most recent airline addition, I've travelled on their 800s more than any other airline or type.

I would've added a new carrier in the next couple of weeks as I would've been on a TUIfly 800, wet leased to Eurowings, but unfortunately Eurowings have cancelled the flight I was due to be on.

Dan Air 200 - their first ever aircraft delivered new from the factory
Transavia 200 - subcharter for Britannia AL
British Airways 200 - subcharter for British Airtours
British Airtours 200
Airways International Cymru 200
Britannia Airlines 200 - one in America West's c/s
Inter European Airways 300
Air Europa 300 - subcharter for Air Europe - the final day of Air Europe's operations
British Midland 300 - subcharter for Air2000
Ryanair 200 - both their Jaguar and News of the World logojets, never one in their own colourscheme
Go 300
Excel Airways 800 - operated by Sunwing who were damp leasing to Excel AW
Ryanair 800
bmi Baby 300

QF - 400 and 800
AN - 300
VA - 800

Only ever A320/321 outside Australia.

Apart from a couple of 700s with VA until its collapse last year, only the 800 has operated in Australia for around 10 years. New VA still has MAX10s on order, but it will be very interesting to see whether they are taken up. QF still hasn't decided its narrowbody replacement, although the oldest 800 in the fleet turns 20 next year (oldest A320 turns 17)

To my knowledge, one Continental 737-800, one United 737-700, four United 737-800s, and one 737-900. I guess potentially two US Air and a Delta back in 1996, but I wouldn't know which variant or if it was even a 737.

Recorded since 2018:

-700: Southwest, Copa
-800: Southwest, Alaska, American, Copa
-900: Delta
MAX 8: Southwest

There are probably some classics I've flown on various airlines in the past, but I didn't record them

Lufthansa
American Airlines (that was an -800)
bmi Baby
Globespan (was that name?)

I think that's it.
