Which specific carriers/routes backfilled the freed up Narita slots in the Sept. 2019 Haneda slot allocation?

The title. I haven't been able to find this information in depth. I think someone on this site said Hainan got additional Narita-Qingdao and Narita-Tianjin frequencies, but I wanted a more complete breakdown.

A bit off topic, but was a specific reason given as to why some JAL/Star Alliance routes were kept at Narita, given its reduced efficacy as a connecting hub? Some examples:
  • JAL: BLR, SEA, YVR, SAN
  • ANA: MAA, PER
  • Air Canada: YVR
  • Air India's NRT-DEL flight (AI307/308)

IMO the aforementioned stations are lower yielding, so it would have been considered a waste of a valuable Haneda slot, if it had been assigned to somewhere like Perth or San Diego where traffic is less premium-heavy. Also, Canada is a low-yielding destination anyway.

This is all from a pre-COVID-19 standpoint.
