Pre Covid, there was the old joke about how the word "airport" referred to 1 or more runways with a building site attached
Has anyone seen a website that keeps some sort of track of significant new airport terminal expansions that would be noticed by passengers. I am particularly interested in Europe, as opposed to other continents

Amsterdam is renovating terminals. Frankfurt is building the new Terminal 3 however delayed. Isn't Munich set to expand as well? Berlin has two unused terminals at BER, old T5 and new T2. Leipzig is expanding the cargo terminal.

What's the status with LHR's expansion? Is it halted again?
SVO planned to add a new terminal, but that's been delayed. They opened a third runway in 2019.

I think that runway is on hold as the city, not the county around the airport, opposed it.

The court approve the third runway plan but the main shareholder (Bavaria and the City of Munich) don't like it

GVA to open it’s new long range terminal «aile est» (east wing) in December. They actually were looking for 1000 volunteers to trial it and probably test evacuation routes and procedures.
