Is this punctuality ranking reliable? GoAir at 13%?

I wonder Asian airlines like GoAir, Ural Airlines, Lion Air and Shenzhen Airlines have a low rating.

The airline Yakutia is at 0.5%?

A punctuality score of 0.5% sounds like something wrong with the data specific to the airline that was used to calculate the score, rather than something wrong with the airline's operations

Yes. And the low rankings for Asian airlines?

It looks like cancelled flights are calculated as unpunctual.
