Jeffrey Epstein's 727

Mon Dec 06, 2021 1:12 am

Who knows what the future of it will hold...hopefully it will be scrapped, since so many sinful things probably happened on there. But I am really curious why the engines got removed after it was parked. It sure didn't take someone very long to get a hold of them. Which makes me even more curious, since there's not a whole lot of 727's left flying.

They were quite possibly leased engines so they went back to the owner to be used on other 727's out there. The limiting factor on 727 operators is going to be the lack of turbines on overhauls. That is what will, in the end, kill the plane and send it into history. I'm guessing within 5 years.

That airplane had the MD-80 engines on the outboard pods, so they could possibly see more flight time.

Like his house being razed, the aircraft needs to be scrapped. Totally untouchable.

It'll probably be put up for scrap. Too few 727s in service all of which hog parts. This plane is probably going to be a parts donor.

It looks like it's missing all three. Probably an organ donor now, unfortunately.

I'm all for saving planes and history but this one had some sick and twisted shit happen on it. It needs to be scrapped.
