I fly in and out of Charlotte on AA a few times a year and each time I am there I expect long taxi times for both takeoff and landing. Last December 26 was the exception though as my 2030 flight to Fort Lauderdale left the gate on time and proceeded down the taxiway with just one plane in front. Had a minute or two of delay before departing on 36R and ending up in FLL twenty minutes early.
Needless to say it was good to depart CLT without much of a delay!

Every time I've been to CLT my taxi times have been quite short. Granted I've only been there twice on four flights, but this was in the summer of 2019 when traffic was strong. Taxiing to/from 18L/36R from Concourse D/E was very quick. ATC kept the line to 18C moving nicely. I'd imagine the worst taxi times would be for RJs landing on 18R/36L heading to Concourse E, but I haven't experienced it myself (at least not yet).

It depends on the time of day. If you are lucky and your flight departs between the big pushes, your taxi time will be short.

I can't give you a hundred of airports listing but I found one just example go look at Google Earth map. That good example:
Williams Lake,, BC. Terminal to runway 12 it's a short taxi.
Prince Rupert<BC from terminal to runway 13 looks like short taxi time.
There are many airports that have the shortest taxi time.

When runway 16 is in use at Fukuoka, from some gates aircraft bearly taxi their own length to get to the holding point stop marks.

As another poster said, it often depends on where you are in line during a big bank. At CLT, taxi times can easily go to 30-40 minutes in such banks.
