Hope everyone is having a great day. I am 350 miles from having enough delta miles to get a trip to see my dad . I see delta only offers 2,000 does anyone have any extra miles they would be willing to transfer so that I could go and visit him?

There is a fee to transfer/donate miles to another person's account so if you can pay for that you can just buy the 2000 points for your own account.
Or simply budget out the cost of a ticket from your household, and go see the man. If an option, consider Amtrak.

Not sure where his dad resides. If he has to cross an ocean to get there, Amtrak won't help him.

Do a quick car rental, you can pick up the car, drive it around the block and return it. The miles will post within 48 hours.
