B6 does not fly out of OMA, but they do fly out of MCI & MKE (MKE as of March 2022)
Looking at an early-mid September trip

Why MKE? That's an awful long way from OMA. MCI I can understand just like DSM which was also mentioned. You realize MKE is Milwaukee, do you? And yes, B6 starts flying out of MKE in March but only to BOS and JFK. Not to MCO. F9, WN and NK fly MKE-MCO direct.
B6 is rarely the cheapest airline, I suggest you look beyond them. WN, F9 and G4 are good choices. I think G4 OMA-SFB would be the best but so far it's only bookable up to August 2022. Those airlines don't plan that far ahead.

But, I guess that's just me.
