I have an itinerary booked with United, including the leg ZRH-IAD-SFO.
For this connection at IAD, is the midfield FIS still active?
Also, I'm flying Premium Plus, is there a priority lane at the midfield TSA?

Yes, it still exists, but it's not open 24 hours. Assuming that flight is anywhere close to ontime, it should be open for you, though. On your second question, I don't remember but don't think so - though I'm not the best source as I have Global Entry and am more often O&D (hence not the midfield CIS) anyway.

If my flight is extremely late (scheduled for a 3 PM landing), I have much bigger issues than a ride to the IAB anyway.
So glad it still exists, such a cool concept IMO!
