What Really Happened to MH370?

Tue Sep 27, 2022 1:27 am

As I scroll down Civ-Av these days, it seems every thread is a "megathread." I hope to open this thread into a more open discussion. In my opinion, most of the evidence from the past year suggests the captain did indeed commit mass suicide... I look forward to you insightful responses.

The captain MIGHT have committed personal suicide and mass murder. In no way did he commit "mass suicide."

As there is a huge difference between the two, I think DenverBrian's comment is justified.

There are plenty of threads on MH370. Given that there's scant new info on this, I'm not sure what purpose would it serve to have another thread on this?

In any case, it is my opinion that there are circumstantial evidence that the Captain may have flown the aircraft into oblivion in retaliation for the "mistreatment" of the political leader he supported by the then Malaysian government. But there's definitely not enough hard evidence to say for certain that this is what actually happened on the night of March 8 2014.

Clarification of two very specific definitions of two very different actions is insightful.

As for the flight itself, we won't know until we find the wreckage, and one day we will.

OceanInfinity said they might resume their search either next year or the year after, and after Godfrey’s WHSPR discovery, I guess more people are optimistic, however if you look back in the other thread, there are a lot of people expressing skepticism
