New Photo Of The 2nd An-225 Airframe

You all probably saw this photo already... Doesn't this airframe seem to you abandoned in that hangar?

Wasn't that the airframe that was suppose to compliment the first An225? The one that never made it into production due to the Soviet collapsing and the funds stopped? If so, it must've been in the hangar for ages! But are there any news about the An225 going into production again?
