Isle of Man (Ronaldsway), IOM, is where I live now, but my formative years (60's & early 70's) were spent lurking and working at LGW. I now live under the approach about 3/4 mile out from the threshold of IOM.

Flying is not inherently dangerous but it is very unforgiving in case of carelessness, incapacity or neglect.

I'm at home in Frankfurt, so - quite obviously - it's FRA...

http://www.frankfurt-airport.com/

But I have to admit that I still feel somewhat at home in Hannover - I lived there for the first 21 years of my life (excluding the 3 years in Houston and Los Angeles - well, actually Westlake Village), and even for the following 10 years, HAJ was the closest airport for me.

Then, for the first 4 months of this year, my "home"-airport was MUC, and since May, it's FRA.

And FRA it'll be for quite a while.

Frank

Well, I've certainly got options (LAX, BUR, SNA, ONT, LGB), but for the most part LAX is where I travel into and out of most of the time.

...an airport you love to hate, and hate to love.

Since the mid 1990's over £20 million has been ploughed into the airport; bringing it in line with the best airports in the country.

Right now since i am living in Germany, it is Frankfurt Main Intl. (FRA)

Back at my real home in Texas it would be College Station (CLL) Easterwood Field.
