Mine's the Dash8-200. The Q400 is nice, but it's just too big for me.

Without a doubt, the Lockheed L188 Electra:

First of all, she's a survivor. Despite a tragic weakness in her beginning, this beautiful aircraft continues to serve to this day, even thriving in extreme environments like Alaska (Reeve Aleutian Airways). Second, the military has recognized the value in this graceful bird, to which her toughness was proven in a collision, and whether right or wrong (not the issue here), the crew of the P-3 Orion managed a safe landing despite collision damage that nearly destroyed the aircraft.

Ironic, isn't it, that the Orion has outlived both the DC-8 and 707, the first jets that sealed the fate of the Electra?

Without showing my age too much - mine has to be either the ubiquitous DC-3 or the fabulous Constellation

I have a love-hate relationship with Dash-8s. I was on a Dash-8 when I was in severe turbulence over northeastern Florida. I've also been on them when the ride has been smooth. Can't say they've ever been quiet, as I've always been on -100s without the Q rating. The design is for strength and I think that's why we survived the severe thunderstorm/tornado; I actually think it's kind-of cute, too, and have built a model at home.

I like the US Airways Express Dash 8 because it served my first prop plane ever.

I need to go with the Dash-8-300QX too. I also love the B1900D!

For me it's the Dash 8 hands down!

The Q300 and Q400 are excellent and offer a very comfortable flight.
