When in doubt, one B pump off

$254 for a 20 minute flight? HP offers a fare of $94 from Tucson to Las Vegas connecting in Phoenix. Be a lot better to drive, rent a car, or take the bus for the 1 hour drive.
If not now, then when?

Those fares are about right. However with the gem and mineral show in TUS, all of the HPX flights are overbooked on Sunday and Monday. UA only has 1 flight a day in the morning.
Catch a ride on a smile!

Drive . . .

By the time you get the ticket - and then of course, since you JUST bought it you get the "honor" of being selected for additional screening by the TSA Nazis, then wait to board and then fly, you could be in PHX.

OSU,

Your profile says that you are a Teenager, so driving may not be possible? If you are going with your folks, then have them drive. Don't forget, TUS is South of the city. If you are visiting people North of Tucson (Oro Valley), then driving is a better way to go. Besides, driving to the airport, arriving early, checking-in, luggage, TSA screening, flight time & boarding/deplaning, you could drive back & forth between TUS & PHX in the same amount of time. The $94 or $254 airfare is too much! Whatever mode of Transportation you chose, have a safe journey.

Flyboy,

Hey Joe! Are you "On Board?" Why do people in Phoenix always bag on Tucson? I really like Tucson. Tucson is less hectic, older, less-cookie cutter, safer & has better air quality.

Tom
Thank You Derek! Good Luck with the LA Dodgers
