TOW = TOLEDO, BRAZIL

I have two vehicles which aquaint to:-

GDS = DISTRIBUTION, CYPRUS, (is this an airport?);
FNT = FLINT,MI.

My last one was;

YBD = NEW WESTMINSTER, CANADA.

Would never have thought of this kind of spotting, can't wait to be stuck in traffic again, (not).

Nothing for mine - GMN - but the wifes car is FMN - Farmington-Four Counties Regional.

Yes, we have two cars, both Citroen Saxo's and a third the size of an SUV!!!!

LOL, what a topic! Sadly my numberplate doesn't match any airports, but it does match the Royal Jordanian Air Force which I think sounds quite nice!

I have HCB on mine which is Shoal Cove in the US according to

NTR = Monterrey/Aeropuerto del norte, MX
TRP = Treeport/Coast Guard Heliport, Alaska, US
RPR = Raipur, India
PRI = Praslin Islands, Seychelles
RII = Nothing I could find.

By the way, it stands for Enterprise (N-TR-PR-eyes).

Right, since I so busy at work, I had a look around and found the following:

QUY = RAF Wyton (England)
BJN = Bajone (Mazambique)
DCK = Dahl Creek (USA)
DAE = Daparizo (India)
DRJ = Drietabbetje (Suriname)

Couldnt find the rest.

My old car: HSR=Hot Springs, South Dakota.

Current car has a special plate, 5 numbers and a J. The last number is 6, so 6J= Skynet Asia Airways (Japan) according to http://airlinecodes.co.uk 6J also used to be Skyservice (Canada) and Southeast European (Greece).

Mom's old car: GKE=Geilenkirchen, Germany.

Current car- just two letters, AG, which seems to be the code for Air Contractors from Ireland.

Old cars (UK)

JWE- nothing
TKU- Turku, Finland
JLS- nothing

They're probably not intentional, but I've seen a few "CMH", "DAY" and "CVG" Ohio plates, being Columbus, Dayton & Cincinnati respectively (i.e. CMH 1234). Probably a few more I haven't caught yet.
