The 747-400 is the best by far IMHO. Its a classic and looks very nice.

IMHO the 747 is the most beautiful machine ever built by man and will always be Queen of the Sky.

Quoting NIKV69 (Reply 46):
747 (the best ever built)

There is nothing in the sky that is more majestic than the 747!

That is true now ladies and gentlemen. Nothing will beat the 747, although I'm not all that fond of the 100 and 200. I don't really like the engines on the 743 either but the 744 is a winner.  bouncy

Oh! I love the Boeing 777-300LR,

Its the best I have ever seen and definitely looks like an angle in the sky!
I wanted to fly even before I knew how to pronounce the word 'Pilot'

Love the 777-300ER, winglets are amazing on it.

Oh! I love the Boeing 777-300LR,

I think the 777-300LR has winglets, not the 777-300ER  Wink

Dan

P.S, as for my favorite Boeing, it's either the 777 or 787.

Would have to be the 747, 777, and the 737NG with winglets... Also like the 732s...

1. 767-200ER. I have always enjoyed flying these to Europe. They need winglets, though.
2. 737-700. I love the winglets.

747, although I personally prefer the Classic.

Second choice would be the 707, followed by the 727.

Sorry, but the 777 is boring as hell to look at. Nice to fly on, but dull as dishwater.

And I don't consider the 717 a Boeing...it's a MadDog that had to take an alias to avoid the creditors...  Big grin

2. 727 (especially the -200 model)
3. 747 (any model except the 747SP which looks too stumpy)
4. 767 (especially the -300/-400 models)
5. 757
6. 777
7. 737

I'm disappointed nobodies mentioned this beauty, the Boeing 314 clipper.

Its pretty sad that a lot of people on here think commercial aviation began in 1954.

Exactly. Also, nobody seems to know that the Boeing 717 really looks like this:

The 767, hands down.....not too big, not too small, very smooth flying. I cannot believe the number of people picking the 757....a definite cattle car. However, I liked the DC-8, and it was a cattle car.
Not as easy as originally perceived
