My most obscure is probably Air Wisconsin CRJ from YYZ to IAD and then IAD to JFK (both operating under UA express banner in full UA colours - everything inside was Air Wisconsin however).

Within Europe, Sky Europe Embraer Brasilia from STR to BTS was pretty unusual.

I may sound very obscure myself for saying this but - Silkair the only non Australian airline I have flown.
