I'll let others judge if she is a celebrety, but i Once sat next the sister of the Danish Queen on a LHR-CPH SK flight - no big deal. Had a pleasant conversation with her. We talked about wisiting relatives I had just been to see my boyfriend - leter he became my husband, she was just poping over to see her sister (the Queen)

On a trip THF - MHG on C9 in 2002, sitting there relaxed after boarding and waiting for takeoff from THF airport in the middle of Berlin, my attention was drawn to the FA welcoming a tall and big person "good evening, Dr. Kohl".

Well, the person who boarded was really former german chancellor Helmut Kohl, still escorted by bodyguards on the aircraft and by police on the ground. As the aircraft was a Do328, he was kind of close to the rest of the passengers.

Delta put me on AA first( 767 -3 cabin service) from LAX to Mia--when they had a plane go down with a mech. Loved that serviced, and was next to Michael Caine, who just got of a flight from Sydney (Quantas I guess),,very nice guy,,also sat next to Former SecDef Cohen from MCO to IAD,,he to was very nice to speak with, a class act....and finally, flew Delta from MCO to LAX with William "the fridge" Perry, he was going out to shoot a commercial..very funny and nice to the cabin crew and the autograph hounds on the flight

travel safe.

Hi

I have served quite a few in my time including Tony Blair, Tom Cruise, Kate Winslet, Orlando Bloom, Cameron Diaz and the English football team (or most of them)…

Not sure about other crew but I treat them like they are a ‘normal’ First class passenger, all apart from Tony Blair, now that was very kewl!

Had Bill Clinton, post presidency, on a US Air Shuttle between LGA and DCA. Took the whole first class section up and traveled with two secret service agents.

My father had Richard Nixon on his plane twice. The first time it was my sister's birthday, so she got a signed, personalized happy birthday Eastern napkin from Tricky Dick.

The second time, my father re-introduced himself, and President Nixon remembered my sister and the birthday message, even though it was two or three years later.

My father invited him up to the cockpit and had a cup of coffee with him.

All in all, he said he was a very nice guy.

michael and raissa gorbachev sat behind me on a vie-gva-iad austrian airlines a310 flight! the flight was delayed due to them for over 2hours and we had to sit in the plane waiting for them! they boarded with approx. 60people at least 20 security guards with guns! they checked the aircraft out before they let them boarding! guess what when they boarded they excused for the delay and the big tamtam due to them! both chatted with me and raissa, wow, she really was a first lady!

Not a big celebrity but Stelios was on the same EZY flight as me. No priority boarding for him, no seat on front row, he had to push like everyone else spin

When I worked in SLC, I checked in Marie Osmand on a few occasions, as well as other members of the Osmand family. Allan Osmand was by far the nicest. In ABQ, Shirley Mclain, Carol Burnett, and Gene Hackman as regulars. One day I accidently called Chuck Norris, Mr. Walker. He and his wife laughed, and I turned real red  Embarrassment . Lots of moguls fly in and out of SAF, but commercial service there is limited, so some use private means to travel. But SAF has been known to close during the winter so then they fly to and from ABQ. Harry Conick Jr, and Tanya Tucker are some of the others we've had on our flights as well.
ABQ ops, Cactus 202 requesting you order 5 Green Chile Chicken stew for us to p/u on arrival. ;)

You know, its a good thing you didn't ask if his first name was Charles, because we all know what happened to the poor chap who did...

Yes. Chuck Norris did not respond, he simply stared at him until he exploded.

I was on a flight in 1994 from AMS-DEL on KLM Business Class B747 lower deck nose section. I was on Row 1, and Dalai Lama and his assistant were in Row 2. It was really nice as there were people of his faith coming in to get blessed, and yes he blessed me too and just said hello, how are you, where are you going, etc. But they were very quiet, and they even accepted the KLM Delft Houses when the FAs handed them out, and gave them to his assistant to put it in his hand baggage. As soon as the a/c landed, it went to the gates, and the security escorted them first out the a/c. It was an interesting experience, to say the least.

That's kinda f***ed up, but funny in some odd way.  Wink

This only sort of counts, as I didn't "fly" on the flight, but it was "my flight" as I was assigned to it. Once when "Princess Di" flew to SFO on Virgin Atlantic, the first container from the front cargo pit had her bags and her bags only in it. I, with a security representative, drove that one container to the customs area, and I had the pleasure of hand carrying her bags inside.

Another time, Gerald Ford came in on a flight at the gate I was assigned to. The secret service escorted him down the stairs down to the tarmac, and he walked out of his way over to a couple of us that were nearby watching and shook our hands, as the agents were trying to drag him to the car "out of harm's way".

I have had many sports stars on my flights.

Matt Hasselbeck (Seahawks QB)
Ichiro Suzuki (Mariner's RF)
Edgar Martinez (Former Mariner)
Jamie Moyer (Mariner's Pitcher)
Shawn Kemp (Basketball)

Other Celebrities
Gwenyth Paltrow (saw getting off my plane)
Morgan Freeman (I think)
Terrence Howard (guy from Hustle and Flow)
Senator Barak Obama (D from Illinois)

That is all I can think of now.
