As for me, I don't have too many planned:

24OCT: ORD-DME, AA 777
26OCT: DME-ORD, AA 777

30OCT: IAD-DXB, UA 777
31OCT: DXB-IAD, UA 777

Other than those, I have a bunch of trips I want to take, just no idea on the dates since all of them will be non-revved. The top three on the "wish list":

NRT-MNL, NW 744
MNL-NRT, NW 744

ORD-NRT, AA 777
NRT-ORD, AA 777

IAD-ZRH, UA 763

Firmed up a few of my flights now, although I also really need to be looking at cheap ways back from the French Alps for January... although I'm finding that to be a bit of an oxymoron!

29.09.2008 ... PLH-JER ... Air Southwest ... DHC8-311
01.10.2008 ... JER-GCI-ACI ... Blue Islands ... BN Trislander
03.10.2008 ... ACI-GCI ... Aurigny Airlines ... BN Trislander
05.10.2008 ... GCI-JER ... Blue Islands ... Jetstream 32
05.10.2008 ... JER-GLO ... Manx2 ... D228-200
03.01.2009 ... PLH-NQY-CMF ... Air Southwest ... DHC8-311

Also hoping to take another CWL-NQY flight with Skybus, but that'll be booked very much last minute if I do.

New airline this year: US Helicopter
New equipment this year: Embraer 175, Boeing 757-300, Canadair CRJ-900, Sikorsky S-76

I recently finalized my travel plans for the first part of 2009:

24 January 2009 - IST-CDG - AF 321
CDG-EWR - AF 332
EWR - MIA - CO 739

2 February 2009 - MIA - CDG - AF 744 (Hopefully will get one of the PTV equipped)
CDG - IST - AF 319

However, as I had a very good fare on AF, I will not be able to make 100% of the miles and will not be able to upgrade to Silver status... Maybe in summer  Smile

Current status...  Wink

17OCT: FRA-ZRH-FRA (32S) on LX
26JAN: FRA-HRG (753) on DE (finally... some days off work!!!  Smile)
05FEB: HRG-FRA (753) on DE
31MAR: FRA-PMI (320) on DE
10APR: PMI-FRA (753) on DE

Still considering whether to book a HRG-CAI return during my stay in Egypt - would give me a new airline (MS), a new airport (CAI) a couple of days after already getting a new airport (HRG) onto my list, and a new aircraft (ERJ-170)... probably will: is Egyptair's Business Class on those flights worth it? It's just €12 difference between Economy and Business, so I'll probably take Business Class... Big grin

Aside from those flights, I expect another 10-12 legs between FRA, ZRH and VIE for the remainder of this year...
Smile - it confuses people!

Checked those, saw the prices, think I'd rather walk!  silly  I am actually considering hitchiking back, either South to Santander in Spain from where I can jump on the ferry back to Plymouth or North to Roscoff for the Plymouth ferry. Just feel like doing something random - one of my friends once went out for a walk and to buy a loaf of bread and ended up in Italy - I'd kind of like to try that.

one of my friends once went out for a walk and to buy a loaf of bread and ended up in Italy - I'd kind of like to try that.

Afraid not, just going up there for four days to see the Northern lights - something I've always wanted to do and was determined to accomplish this winter. IcelandAir have some amazing fares atm - from £199rtn for flights and three nights accommodation when sharing, or just under £300 single. Good stuff  thumbsup

Dan - yep, very expensive during that period. The first cheap day is the 6th Jan, with fares on both EZY and FR around €30 one-way including taxes.

I'm getting €30 incl taxes with EZY and €10 with FR?

I'll check again then, last time I did the average price was well over £100, think FR wanted nearly £200 - but this was checking many months ago; I booked the outbound flight on WOW 13 months before the date I fly!

Ahhh, thanks again James. I will look into that straight away, obviously I fancy spending a bit of time down there, but as I'm going away the next month to Iceland I'd rather not spend a mint in France as it's pretty damn expensive up there in Reykjavik. This the cheapest beer we found in 2007 at the A.net meet there was £5/£6 per pint!!!!  eek

I've completed everything I have had booked for this year unfortunately, but I've got free flights with FlyBE and easyJet to use, as well as my free standbys kicking in in December! So lots to do in the new year I think. Got expensive plans in mind to travel excessively around the Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, as well as visit the last few illusive Irish airports, SXG, WAT and GWY.
