QR Business Class Manchester To Melbourne

Sun Aug 16, 2009 4:43 pm

I have been researching flights Manchester to Melbourne and came across QR business class fare of just under GBP 2100 including all taxes and surcharges for December onwards including the inaugural flight on 06 December.

I thought this was a very good price and couldnt find anything cheaper and wondered if anybody else thought this or knew if it could be beaten?

That sounds like a great price! Probably Etihad could get close to it. I just checked QR website and could not find price lower than GBP 2700 for the direct flight from Doha where I'm currently based..  Sad

Given the fact you are travelling across the world in C, when Y fares are usually around 1000, I say take the deal now before it is too late.

Go for it, as this is really a good deal !!!

Around 1000 for Y and 2100 for C is a no brainer...

Took a C trip BKK-DOH-FRA recently, and the product was awesome/fantastic, esp. on the 777 (which you'll be taking DOH-MEL-DOH)...

Hope you can share a Trip-Report lateron... Smile

I am with MH017 here. I bet you won't regret.

Go for it!

Seriously, on a number of occasions I have paid as much as $3,600 (1,600 pounds - sorry my keyboard doesn't have a pound key) to fly from BNE-MAN with EK; so this is just a no brainier.

I know that as a rule it is generally taken that if you pay $6,000 to fly business to the UK you've probably got a bargain, and that you shouldn't be surprised to pay $10,000 - what you've been quoted ($4200) is unheard off and quite simply out of this world!!!

Hope you have a good trip!
