All things being equal, in coach I'd go with BA. They offer better on board food and beverage service, and your'e less likely to have flight delays after leaving the UK with them than by connecting with AC and CO at one of their hubs (EWR, IAH, YYZ, YYC or YVR). Its probably also going to seem like a shorter trip if you only have one long flight in each direction rather than two (SFO is far from any AC or CO hubs).

Thanks for the reply,
I decieded to go AC/CO just for variety.
Via VVR and EWR,
Only thing im worried about is a 90min connection in EWR?

Is that 90 minutes in EWR arriving or leaving the USA? If its leaving, you are fine. Arriving is do-able too, figure at least 40 minutes for immigration and customs (thats if you dont check bags).

YVR is a really nice airport, and less weather delays there than at YYZ.

Yes, there's no outbound immigration or customs in the states; the CO check-in personnel iat LAX will simply check your passport to make sure you have valid docs. You should be more than OK with that amount of time. EWR has a lot of outbound delays due to weather/lack of runways, but that wont impact the flight coming in from LAX.

I think you made the right decision here. Granted, I'm gold (could go plat... can't decide on a mileage run or just save my money) elite with CO, but still.... I think you made the right choice.
