It would be interesting to compile a list of which airlines currently offer onboard bars in business/first class, and on which aircraft types. I am sheduled to fly Kingfisher A330 in F soon and I am looking forward to trying it out for the first time!
I know there are various different levels of 'bar' available, ranging from ones with sofas and barstools down to just a simple table where drinks are mixed at the front (I recall seeing a photo like this from a TK A330). Include photos if possible, so we can get an idea of what each is like.
An onboard bar truly affords the opportunity to travel in style!

Wouldn't that be "Self Service" with TK ? At least that is what I had on a A330 and A340 flying Business Class between IST and ICN in March this year, with bottles of spirits (medium and strong) being placed into a rack in front of row one, together with some more decoration. Looked tempting.

AA and and I think CO had on-board bars when they introduced 747 service. The Idea isn't new in the 21st Century.

I remember in the late 80's flying BA on SEA-LHR and the FA's simply left the drinks cart at the back of the airplane, where we stood for almost the whole length of the flight making friends and having a party back there.

VS has a bar on board their planes. They used to have 'mixologists' on board for a while a go. They have stools around their bar so you can actually sit and have a drink. They also set up their breakfast bar their too. VA also have self serve bars. EK have them at the back of their A380's in business class. QF has self serve bars too.
