A Jet That Would Be Beautiful If It Was A Woman?

Sun Aug 07, 2011 2:59 am

I know this is a silly trend, but is there a jet that could be beautiful, if it was a woman?

For me

Boeing 747

Hmmm, interesting...

I think the planes at the top of my "best-looking planes" list would lag just a bit behind on this list, so I'll have to go down the line to the A330. I expect, though, that there may be a few shout-outs for the 777. That wouldn't surprise me, since some guys just can't resist a giant pair of...engines.
Good night, and keep watching the skis. Uh, skies.

Hmmmmmm....let me think here.

I could go with Concorde if I ever had a need for fast women....

Or I could go with the Il-86, but I think there would be too much extra baggage being carried along....

Or I could go with the 747-400's...for smarts, as they seem to have alot going on upstairs...

Or I could go with the FH-227...a great partner for taking long vacations in the mountains with.

There's always the DC-3....they stay by your side through thick and thin and never seem to show their age....

Delta previously had a 757 in a different pink livery, however, it has since been repainted into DL's standard livery. The reason is that DL thought it would be a better idea to spread the word of breast cancer research internationally.

The most elegant would be either B747 or B787 so, I would cheat on both of them   and have a long standing relationship with A340!

The B-17, beautiful, but very tough! I could go for the 747 as well.

the C-130, does whatever is asked of her, and has a lot of junk in the trunk.

the 77E. Long, sleek, powerful stance, looks like hell of wheels just sitting still.
C-130; it's a love-hate relationship

How could anything that has long and in some cases fat/ thin with things hanging under it be classed as a "good looking female?

But any how to me it is the Queen ( Err King) of the skies the 747 in all variants except the SP

That looks just like my ex-wife!

But honestly, most people think of jet planes as long phallic symbols. You know, how long and thick is your plane? I'm not sure the general public would associate a big flying tube with a voluptuous woman.

I generally find long and sleek aircraft too look more female, while I find short and stubby aircraft to look more male. Also, tail-mounted engines looks more masculine than wing mounted.

Got my vote! Go for the DC-10 or L-1011 if you like 'em a little thicker!
