OMG my first flight was in Dec 1997 (cannot remember day) on QF52 SIN-BNE! Such a coincidence!

However, I got a last minute switch to BA15 SIN-BNE after they had a problem with the QF flight.

First flight on a commercial airline for me was all the way back on 13 October 2004 on what was then Virgin Blue on the BNE-SYD route. It's one of those rare flights in my flight log where I failed to record the flight number and registration, but I know that I departed BNE at 7am on a 737-800. That started my love affair with flying and the 737 series aircraft.

My first flight was on a TWA 767, N607TW

How'd you get the reg #, your parents? All I got outta mom was 'it had 3 tails'.

Quoting ju068 (Reply 78):
The first I remember was on board Aeroflot's IL-86 from SVO to LCA.

The first I remember was walking onto a Pan Am DC-8 from the same jetway as in the Pan Am TV show. PA76 to PIK via KEF. May 18 1967. Most recently was from that same gate on DL to SFO.
Just accept that some days, you're the pigeon, and other days the statue

Sometime in 1999, and as I was 6 months old, I don't remember it at all. I know it was Malaysian Airways from India back to the US through Kuala Lumpur.

I was 6 years old. It was a flight from Auckland to Brisbane on an NZ DC-8. I remember elements of it quite clearly

Times have certainly changed though. My daughter has just turned 3. She has been on exactly 50 flights so far, travelling 190,000 kilometers.
