CNF-MIA. J CLASS. AA Or JJ?

Mon Dec 30, 2013 3:43 am

Hello guys!
I am flying CNF to MIA and back in two month, and would appreciate a feed back from you guys. What J class to choose, JJ or AA? Both airlines fly it with 767-300, and i have checked on seatguru for some help, but it doesn't bring any information on JJ's 767s.
What to expect? Lie flat seats? Are there pics from those cabins?
Thank you all for your time.
Be safe!
Bruno.

This one is easy.

TAM has the better business class on the 767, no question. I suggest you choose JJ.

And yes TAM has lie flat beds onboard the 767

Here is TAM's business class experience: http://airchive.com/blog/2013/08/28/...aneiro-in-tams-new-business-class/

Here's AA's business cabin info: http://www.aa.com/i18n/travelInforma...uringFlight/businessClassCabin.jsp

I hope I helped! Safe and happy flying!

Oh and welcome to Miami! I hope you find your stay well!

TAM utilizes new 767s on the CNF-MIA route that were recently transferred from LAN. TAM's 767s feature the new J class that LAN formally introduced on the 787-8. On the 767s, TAM offers flat-bed seats whereas AA currently offers angle-flat seats in the J class cabin of their 767s.

The TAM plane is not angled lie flat like AA (though the first true lie flat 763 in AA's fleet might be flying by February's end), but TAM's seat is among the worst true lie flat there is. I'd probably take TAM if the price was identical, but if AA is cheap by a few hundred, save the cash and do some extra shopping in Miami.

If money is the case, choose the cheapest. I highly agree with Mark. Do some shopping in Lincoln Road, and head over to Ocean Dr. Remember, Miami is the city where the heat is on!

Good luck!

Hello guys, hope you are alk fine, and have a perfect 2014.
I am booked on JJ for CNF-MIA, and JFK-CNF, via GRU, both in J class. The CNF-MIA leg was cheaper than on AA, but don't remember how much cheaper, probably not much. I may be wrong, but it was just over 1k (dollars) cheaper on the three tickets.
