I fully understand the situation. The fact remains I hold a ticket for a flight that is not yet on-sale (because it was sold by accident) and not guaranteed to fly. I've tried to clarify this with Biman but have yet to receive a response. I realize exactly what went wrong. The truth is what they said would happen, and what happened, was not the same thing albeit for a brief moment.
As for your predictions for the future: I'm confident Sunday will eventually sell as well but I can't make other travel arrangements until I know which day I'm flying. I think my nervousness is perfectly justified and don't see a need for any remedial English lessons.

They haven't been with me. I contacted the "sales" and "Ticketing and Reservations" emails listed on their web site. If you'd like to suggest an address that gets a quicker response I'd be grateful.
