Where In Europe Can You Still Fly An A300/A310?

Thu Mar 13, 2014 9:58 pm

With Monarch about to retire their last A300, where in Europe (and with which airlines) can you still get a flight on an A300 or A310?

I think the OP is asking about intra European flights.

Is KU still using their A300s on FCO-CDG-FCO?

Well, strictly speaking the first leg of some Iran Air flights ex Europe is intra-EU...

Anyway, I was going by "where in Europe can you board an A300/A310". Landing in the Europe... that might leave us with just SATA, unless TAROM's A310s are reliably scheduled to anywhere on the continent.

KU still shows one A300-600 a week GVA-FRA-GVA. They operate twice a week. The other flight is an A340-300 according to their current schedules.

TLV only AFAIK, so not geographically Europe. Sometimes BRU, AMS... but not reliably so.

TAROM is sheduling the A310 on OTP-MAD-OTP starting march 30.

However, I do not yet consider this to be a safe bet, personally I've got to see it flying first before thinking about booking myself on one of those flights...

Yes, try Kuwait Airways, it's a great experience.
FRA-GVA-FRA or FCO-CDG-FCO.
They also have affordable J-fares (quite old-fashioned but nice cabin + cake-buffet...)

Well, have they now? Too bad it's MAD. But, yeah, it flew regularly to MAD before.

Neither do I. But I might have to investigate in that case.
