Kelowna Airport preparing for emergency
KELOWNA–Emergency crews have rushed to Kelowna Airport.
Fire crews, ambulance, police and airport crews are on standby for an unconfirmed emergency situation.
The trouble started with an outbound flight, according to Kelowna Airport spokesperson Jenelle Hynes. Luggage and passengers have both been removed from the plane so crews can do a second sweep of the aircraft.
We will report more details as they become available.

No LiveATC. Everything seems to be under control. Can definitely be a bit unnerving considering the seeming spike in threats in Canada lately (non-Aviation).

I flew into Calgary Friday afternoon. If there have been threats, you'd never know it. The airport was laid back. I haven't even seen anything that looked like a Ford Victoria in two days here.
