Normally I'd say it should be alright, even with going through security and a passport check, but will there be any extra security procedures as it's a flight to
TLV as opposed to somewhere, say, in Europe?
For comparison, I had 60 minutes last May, with a scheduled arrival from
YUL at 06:20, and a departure at 07:20 to
TXL (LX and
LX op. by WK). We arrived at the gate at 06:19; it wasn't far to security, though it was a bit of a mess there. Still, it moved fairly quickly, and passport control was very quick. Train to the B-gates, a trip to the loo, and boarding was starting just as I got to the gate.
So it's doable, but there isn't really any time for dawdling. This year I've given myself 85 minutes for a connexion there, just to be a bit more comfortable.
Cheers,
kp
