United Website Booking
Is it just me or is the UA website horrible? I have been shopping fares for a few days and every time I finish a search, I am brought to the same error page saying united.com is unable to complete my request. Anybody else having this problem?

A little more info would help:
1) are you shopping for a simple Ua flight, or are other airlines involved?
2) revenue or award?
3) what operating system are you using?
4) Ua made schedule changes over the weekend. This can often cause issues when making new reservations. When were you trying to book this?
In general, I think ual.com is better than most other airline websites. Could it be better? Yes. Is it horrible? No.

I tried a few times throughout the week and over the weekend. I did get it to work later last night.....
Perhaps I just logged in during unlucky times? Nevertheless, I have found success

Since the merger one of the worst results has been the horrible IT on the website. Any problem is expected, not a surprise. On Flyertalk a lot of discussion on the extremely poor quality of the website. If you are having problems, that is now the new norm.

I get the same error when using Chrome to view the UA web site. When using Safarie I never get this error. I don't know why or how, but Safarie seems to be the answer to this problem.
