What's the significance of UZHA and presumably UZHx as a registration sequence for the new EZY 320NEO's ?
Or has some computer just randomly allocated this registration sequence ?
I would have thought G-NEOA etc would have been more appropriate !

UZ=U2
Hx just the next in the series

There's a big NEO sticker on the rear end of the NEO fleet.

I believe BA has already bagged the G-NEOx registrations!

There's a comprehensive post on Flyertalk detailing all aircraft arrivals and departures. Information comes from a BA staff member, and is usually very accurate!

(Apologies if I'm not allowed to post links, I'll remove if needs be)

If BA is going to use the G-NEOx series of registrations, I find that strange because they normally avoid duplication of the last two letters. In this case 'OA', 'OB' etc. already exist in the G-EUOx series of registrations.

If you read the Flyertalk thread linked to above, you'll discover that the registrations reserved by BA for A321neos start at G-NEOP, well clear of the A319s which end at G-EUOI

Thank you for the clarification. When 747fly stated that BA had bagged the registrations, I assumed that meant the whole series. Again, possibly with the exception of the GATx A320's, BA generally start at the beginning of the alphabet.
