Hello,
I would like to know what jobs could a person apply for in international airports when speaks all these languages English, German, French and Spanish but does not speak the language of the country in which the airport is located?

AA's station manager or assistant station manager at MEX is an American who only speaks English. There's definitely possibilities of this happening.

That very much depends on the job, the employer and the location. If you're not already employed by an airline/handling agent and seek employment as e.g. a check-in agent or gate supervisor, command of the local lingo would be an essential requirement. You might get by without if you're after a job on the ramp or in a warehouse. If you're seeking a senior position, having the required skills and experience, chances are English would be accepted in most locations. Spanish, French and German would be of limited use outside of the countries where it's the local language. Incidentally, those are also the places where English only might not get you very far.

The lower paying jobs at the airports will often times have immigrants who do not speak the local language. Janitors, cooks, cleaners, caterers, Lav guy, rampers, etc. I would say half or more of the people working at an airport will never interact with a passenger.
At some airports all employees will have to have a minimal level of understanding of the local language. Almost all airports now have a security class that must be taken to get a badge to work at the airport. Some have tests at the end which often are only in the local language.
